難得去到高雄找朋友,剛好有個空檔想染髮,路人咖啡的店員推薦我要弄頭髮的話可以來這邊,他最近很多客人跟友人都在這邊弄,評價也很好,我也馬上打電話預約到一小時後的時間。 一顆星我給整間店面的裝潢風格,大間且好看,感覺得出來有花時間在室內設計以及裝潢上。 一顆星我給設計師Orli的服務,不只耐心跟我討論髮型,表現得非常專業且有問必答。 其餘沒有一個好的。 因為髮型的需求,當時使用的服務及報價如下: 洗+剪:500 手刷染(含漂):3000 護髮:2000 技術費:2000 共7500元。 我個人沒有去特定髮廊的習慣,常常是想到要弄就附近找一間,或是朋友推薦,所以去過不少的髮廊。 這個收費不算便宜,不論在哪裡都是,更不要說我原本就是短髮。 知道報價後,我期望的是與其收費相對應的服務品質,結果是大失所望。 首先,很快就帶位,但沒有詢問是否需要飲品或毛毯,個人物品也是隨意的放在桌上(桌面有毛髮),不像很多更便宜的髮廊,這些都是非常基本的服務。直到我坐了3個多小時覺得渴了,向人員提出需求,才給我一罐水(代表店家是有飲品的,但沒有主動提供)。 再來洗髮的時候,從未確認水溫是否舒適,也沒有說明目前進行的流程是什麼,最後護髮的時候也是直到護髮完成了,跟我說要在這停一下(不知道確切要等多久),我才知道原來護好了,邊躺邊覺得冷的等時間過去。 漂髮及染髮時,共兩位助理一起操作,其中一位的刷子一直刺到我的頭皮,感覺相當不適。 最後收尾時,我已經有直接向設計師反應以上情況,並請他作為參考,畢竟收費不低,這些在我看來都是相當基本的服務竟然都不到位。設計師回覆:會再內部討論及檢討,接著就帶我去廁所旁邊拍照。 隔了一周左右,設計師主動關心髮型整理得如何,這部分很好,但髮色部分確實掉得很快,染髮後隔了三天,明明只洗過兩三次(且有依照設計師的建議使用護色洗髮精),紫色的部分完全消失,這個情況我照實反應,也再度提起7500這個價格(剛好IG有一則同樣手漂染價格只要2999的廣告)卻只能維持如此短暫的效果,並說明google評價我會依照我的服務體驗給評分。 設計師回覆了一長串解釋,最後提到會退費2000給我以表歉意。針對他的回覆我能理解,但不能認同,並做了回覆。 最後確實退了2000,所以我也花時間寫清楚為何只給兩顆星的原因,以上的情況會發生,我認為就是基本的員工訓練沒有做好,導致這次遺憾的結果。 希望店家能夠以實際作為做出修正,不要再讓別的客人有跟我一樣的體驗。

Because of the needs of hairstyles, the services and quotations used at that time are as follows: Wash + cut: 500 Hand brush dyeing (including bleaching): 3000 Hair care: 2000 Technology fee: 2000 A total of 7,500 yuan. I personally don't have the habit of going to a specific hair salon. I often think of finding one nearby or recommending it by a friend, so I have been to many salons. First of all, I took a seat soon, but did not ask if I need a drink or a blanket. Personal items are also placed on the table at will (the table has hair). Unlike many cheaper hair salons, these are very basic services. It was not until I felt thirsty after sitting for more than 3 hours and asked the staff to ask for a can of water (it means that the store has drinks but did not offer it). When I came back to shampoo, I never confirmed whether the water temperature is comfortable or not, nor did I explain what the current process is. In the final hair care, it is until the hair care is completed. I told me to stop here (I don’t know exactly. How long to wait), I realized that I had taken care of it, and I felt cold while lying down and waiting for the time to pass. When bleaching and dyeing my hair, two assistants worked together. One of the brushes stuck to my scalp and felt quite uncomfortable. At the end, I have directly responded to the above situation to the designer and asked him as a reference. After all, the charges are not low. In my opinion, these are fairly basic services, but they are not in place. The designer replied: I will discuss and review internally, and then take me to take pictures next to the toilet. After a week or so, the designer took the initiative to care about how the hairstyle was organized. This part is very good, but the color of the hair does fall off very quickly. After three days after dyeing, it was only washed two or three times (and according to the designer’s suggestion) Using color-protecting shampoo), the purple part completely disappeared. I responded to this situation and raised the price of 7500 again (it happens that IG has an advertisement for the same hand-bleached and dyed price of only 2999), but it can only maintain such a short-term effect. Explain that google evaluation I will give a score based on my service experience. The designer replied with a long list of explanations, and finally apologized for mentioning that the 2000 fee would be refunded. I could understand his reply, but I couldn't agree with it, and I replied. In the end, I did retreat 2000, so I also took the time to write down why I only gave two stars. The above situation will happen. I think it is because the basic staff training is not done well, which leads to this regretful result. I hope that the store can make corrections based on actual actions and stop letting other customers have the same experience as mine.

跨縣市慕名請「Sailens」設計師而來燙髮,事前做了很多功課(頭髮是第二生命),Sailens是我在南部看到作品都很喜歡的!所以很放心沒有太多的問題跟疑慮;溝通過程也很快速跟專業!成果很喜歡? 還有感謝助理過程都很細心的照料一切,看得出助理對於工作的認真跟熱忱! 價格我覺得算合理!畢竟成果喜歡更加的重要‼️下次燙頭髮一定還要找她??也覺得預約系統很方便!推薦給大家~

網路上徵髮模,事前也沒有告知要付多少費用,現場完全交由設計師發揮,幫我染+燙,結束後另外收了2460,說是材料費。 染完燙完沒有很喜歡但也就算了,最慘的是染髮三天後就掉色了,設計師很有誠意,說要我回去幫我補染,結果又多花一天休假去補染,結束後居然還又收了我350元的洗頭費。(一樣事前都沒說。),而且又不是因為想洗頭回去的,而是因為染的色三天就掉了,浪費時間浪費錢。 看了評價才發現原來不是只有我遇到掉色的問題,服務感受不佳,經過此次經驗不會再去。 — 1/26回覆: 謝謝老闆積極的回覆,最初留言目的並不是要貴店賠償我或是懲罰設計師(覺得設計師也很辛苦且當時是熱情的服務。),而是覺得消費與我所得到的服務和效果並不相當,且溝通的過程有所瑕疵,所以只是如實描述我的經歷,而沒有留設計師的名字。 我不需要額外的道歉或賠償,煩請貴店不用嘗試聯繫我,但樂見店內的服務提升,也肯定貴店有誠意處理,感謝。
