CSR 政策
善盡企業社會責任一直是達麗營運的宗旨，我們相信這個世界想要和需要的是-創新的服務與永續的工程，我們全力投入市場並透過正確的態度利用科技來提升生活品質。除了為股東追求最大利益外，亦兼顧相關利害關係人的權益，遵守社會道德價值，期望能結合所有利害關係人共同構建一個公平正義的社會與永續長存的生活環境。達麗建設CSR政策聚焦在「治理與營運」、「創新與服務」、「永續工程」、「責任供應鏈」、「友善職場」與「社會參與」六大構面，並針對重大議題，提出策略與因應方案。
CSR 推動架構
達麗建設為了持續提升企業永續性，特別由公司組成CSR推行小組，推動公司永續發展相關事項，推行小組定期或不定期召開會議，針對CSR相關議題與有關部門共同討論對策與解決方案。
為使CSR得以推展與落實，CSR推行小組權責如下：
- 制定CSR政策。
- 檢討公司CSR 政策之策略、目標與行動方案，並追蹤各項行動方案之進展與績效改進。
- 主導與實行企業社會責任報告書的撰寫。
達麗自我承諾，整合每一個有關社會和環境的面向，透過誠信的核心價值，持續強化公司內部的從業道德觀念與法規遵循能力，並進一步推展到所有利害關係人身上，行成一個強而有力的互控循環。並針對持續變化的法規影響，追蹤、因應與落實。
策略、目標與行動方案
策略
達麗CSR議題之重視，對內除了制定相關的規範外，CSR推行小組亦結合人力資源部門持續推動教育訓練及宣導，並推展至包含員工在內的六大溝通對象(利害關係人)，甚至藉由提供充分之舉報途徑，將從業道德與法規遵循文化深入各個面向。
目標與行動方案
我們的目標是依照前述所訂策略，達成達麗建設的核心價值，誠信，並在每一個層面體現出來，且落實從業道德與法律遵循制度。達麗建設每年並針對法規遵循重點項目，訂定確實方向，並依計畫提供教育訓練，讓同仁達成一定時數的學習，並強化觀念。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 貴公司對住戶個人先支付的款項未予補助，也未予重視住戶之權益進行協商，建設公司職員皆回覆與管委會達成協議象徵性補助住戶折扣後之款項。
若如貴公司高雄分公司所言，則有以下情況:
1.管委會針對住戶個人先行支付款項未取得所有權人之委託書，是為侵權行為
2.達麗建設公司非為小型企業，定聘有法律顧問，針對法律行為卻漠視管委會之侵權行為，非為大公司應有的態度。
貴公司是大公司，我們僅是小住戶，在行為上貴公司無任何《星》可言，此一星是給在社區服務的工務人員，原是該給五星，但貴公司內部的傲慢推卸態度令人無法接受。
Your company has not subsidized the first payment made by the individual households, nor paid attention to the rights and interests of the households. The staff of the construction company have responded to the agreement with the management committee to subsidize the amount of the household discount.
If your company's Kaohsiung branch said, there are the following situations:
1. The management committee's power of attorney for the households to make the advance payment without obtaining the owner is an infringement.
2. Dali Construction Company is not a small enterprise, and it has hired a legal adviser, but it ignores the infringements of the Management Committee against legal actions, not the attitude that a large company should have.
Your company is a large company. We are only small residents. Your company does not have any "stars" in its behavior. This one star is for workers in the community. It should have been given to five stars, but the arrogance within your company shirks. The attitude is unacceptable.
