第一次吃酒釀的人建議點酒釀蛋湯圓,吃起來的味道方面比較不會那麼強烈,還有熱熱吃比較好吃。 每一份裡面都有四顆湯圓,芝麻跟花生各兩顆,都是手工做的,芝麻香跟花生香都很濃郁,跟酒釀的味道很合。

初次品嚐酒釀就在一家藥局。 當時點的是酒釀湯圓(無加蛋),一口下去,濃厚的酸甜酒味直衝鼻腔,第一次嘗試有點衝擊,不過微涼了之後味道比較溫和,還是有整碗吃完 雖然酒釀第一次吃不習慣,但現包湯圓令我非常驚豔,極度好吃,皮超軟Q 內餡紮實,是我目前吃過最好吃的湯圓❤ 以為之後再也不會嘗試酒釀了,結果回去後一直念念不忘酒釀的味道~~(好神奇?) 於是隔兩周後二訪,點了加蛋花的酒釀蛋湯圓,一吃驚奇覺得:怎麼會這麼好吃!!!! 跟初次嘗試時相比,一是對酒釀的味道漸漸熟悉,喜歡上了它的濃郁和層次感;二是蛋花增加了口感又融入蛋的香甜,吃完之後對酒釀的喜愛,甚至勝過了我當初驚豔的湯圓(故建議初次嘗試的人可以點加蛋的~) 之後就深深愛上酒釀了❤不斷再訪(圖片皆為不同次用餐的照片)
