★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 與其說是拉麵，不如說是湯麵。調味方式與烹煮方式都非常的台味，麵條部分、湯頭部分都和自家煮的家常麵差不多，口味說實在不是很突出。嚴格說起來我甚至不喜歡這種煮得混濁的湯，並非高湯而是因為蛋白質在內煮滾造成的混濁。價格方面我覺得學生可能會有更好的選擇。
 It's not so much ramen as it is noodle soup. The seasoning method and cooking method are both very Taiwanese. The noodles and soup are similar to the homemade noodles, and the taste is not very outstanding. Strictly speaking, I don't even like this turbid soup, not the broth but the turbidity caused by the boiled protein inside. In terms of price, I think students may have a better choice.
