★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一套一萬多塊的天絲床罩以及另外一套才用沒幾次當初買也要5.6000的精梳棉床罩拿去貴店送洗,拿回家時發現兩件都洗破了,而且破了非常多洞(照片中的破洞只是冰山一角),店家說他很有誠意要賠償,所以兩件要賠1500,談了很久才再提高到2000,這樣叫有誠意?還冒出一句床罩破了還是可以繼續使用啊,這是一間負責任的店家該講出來的話嗎?
我只能說google的評論只能參考用,也提醒大家,如果有比較昂貴的衣服要送洗,真的要慎選洗衣店啊!不要像我一樣花錢買教訓。

由於衣服因為奶油關係而有惡臭
希望能清洗乾淨,一到店裡我講完訴求收完錢並說下星期三可以拿
而星期四去的時候還沒有整理好
我洗衣服不是專家,只是拿到衣物時味道雖然沒有那麼重
但是還依稀聞到那些臭味
致電給老闆娘後,老闆娘表示不清楚便說等老闆回應
事隔三天並還無任何回應
感受頗不好
但是洗衣服應該還是有一定水準,故給2星

白色衣服洗完還沾黏頭髮,衣領有黃斑點,原本沒有沾頭髮也沒斑點。
深色羽絨外套洗好顏色比沒洗還糟。
外套帽子上天然的皮毛洗完沾有粉塵,顏色也變得無光澤,比沒有洗還糟。
老闆娘說洗好了要送到住處也沒有送回,等了三個月自己去領回,開的價格還比別家貴,態度和專業度都不及格。

在台北工作多年,回到高雄以後,在Google地圖的評價上找到這一家洗衣店,所以,我在6月5號送洗了兩件床單,隔日店家就傳訊息給我,告知可以取貨件,那次的服務讓我覺得還不錯,因此,我在7月9號送洗了第二次(同樣兩件床單),老闆告知在7月12號取件,在取件後當天晚上發現兩件床單皆有破損的情形,尤其是“奧地利天絲棉”的床單最嚴重,因為假日沒有營業,所以,在7月15號中午將“奧地利天絲棉”的床單拿到店內詢問老闆,而老闆一開始有先說“抱歉”,希望可以拿去補丁作為補償……,但是我面有難色,於是我們協議晚上再到店內討論。
二、事情細節說明:
我晚上到了店內之前,有在網路先找了低了一個檔次的同樣是“天絲棉的床套”(我原本的床套組要11,800),而我找到的是全新單純只有床套網路價是5,000。
到了店內後,我告知老闆自己的決定是無法接受用“補丁”的方式補救,而是希望用賠償金的方式來處理,老闆說要給我1,500,我當下覺得太少...,也告知老闆這樣的金額真的太少,後來老闆說2,000,我告訴老闆今天是破損兩件床單,而我覺得自己已經站在店家的立場去著想,所以,我只有拿著比較貴的床單過來要求賠償,另外一件就算是自己吸收了(我有給老闆看床單破損的照片)。但是老闆說我的床單就像是買車一樣,落地後就會折舊,所以賠償這個金額已經夠了...,我當然知道這個道理,問題是2,000還不到低一個檔次的天絲棉床單的一半,如果是同一個品牌同材質的就要7,500(我也沒有要求要全新的賠給我),原本應該可以用四年左右的時間(我的床單已經使用了一年多的時間),卻要提早結束商品的壽命,我覺得很不高興。
後來老闆娘就出來幫忙討價還價,告訴我床單的洗標已經被洗白了,所以應該已經洗清過很多次,然後耐洗度當然下降,下次應該在收件前要檢查清楚,我聽完之後,我內心覺得非常火大,但是我並沒有因此而大聲反擊,因為老闆娘從頭到尾都沒有說「對不起」,反而就只是一直在強調“收件前應該要檢查”,就讓我感覺到似乎是被形容成詐騙集團一樣,一家洗衣店從收件>清洗>曬乾>熨燙完成後(還是我當天取件的時候才臨時燙的),才交到我手上,這個過程有沒有破損的情形,店家應該會比我更清楚才對,你們也沒有少收我的費用一毛錢,當我拿到的時候,發現破損難道不能找你們處理嗎……???
三、個人感覺:
經過這次的事情,我覺得今天如果老闆是開修車廠的話,你的車子發生問題以後,開去修理,老闆也在看完之後告訴你損壞的部分,維修費也付了,當你取車開離修車廠不久,車子又發生故障了,當你回頭找老闆的時候,他“可能”會告訴你,因為你的車子已經開過一段時間了而且車子落地有折舊,所以,他不可能幫你負責全部處理好,只願意負擔一點的費用,其他的部分就是要自己處理……。
「姜太公釣魚,願者上鉤」,雖然我這件事情最後拿了2,000當作補償,我不會說老闆或是老闆娘的洗衣專業不好,但是在面對客戶的處理態度實在不能苟同(從頭到尾我的口氣都很理性,也沒有打擾正好要送洗衣物的客人),其他的人在看完我的評論之後,請自己決定是否要到這家洗衣店吧!?

Second, the details of the matter:
Before I arrived at the store in the evening, I found a lower-grade "Tensep cotton bed cover" on the Internet (my original bed cover was 11,800), and what I found was a brand new pure bed cover. The internet price is 5,000.
After arriving at the store, I informed the boss that his decision was that he could not accept the “patches” to remedy it, but hoped to use the compensation method to deal with it.
