★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 4/10購買大家源電鍋4/17有問題瑕疵拿去內惟店報修...4/24有去內惟店尋問過，得到答案是等廠商回覆...5/1又再次去內惟店尋問...得到的答案又是等廠商回覆..我們只是廠商寄賣的！試問一下一個新買的電鍋有瑕疵需要等超過2星期的時間還拿不回來！家裡長輩沒有東西可用...這樣的服務品質跟回覆讓人無法忍受！麻煩店長或業主給個說法！如何處理！
On 4/10, I bought the Dajiayuan electric cooker. On 4/17, if there is any problem, I took it to the Neiwei store for repair...4/24 I went to the Neiwei store to ask. But the shop asked... The answer I got is waiting for the manufacturer to reply.. We are only consignment from the manufacturer! How about a newly bought electric cooker with flaws and it takes more than 2 weeks to get it back! The elders at home have nothing to use... Such service quality and replies are unbearable! Trouble the manager or owner to give an explanation! How to deal with it!
