★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 這區域雖不像鐵路綠園道以東的新興高樓林立，但不算舊的住宅還不錯。尤其是社區有前峰社區公園、前峰兒童遊戲場、內惟埤公園、逢甲公園、翠華路公園等，哇，公園好多、好酷喔！綠意盎然的公園美化了社區的質感，漫步公園，靜謐的氛圍，蠻舒服的，這根本就是優質社區嘛！
讓人驚豔的是九如四路的分隔島很寬，中間還有人行道，二旁種了一整排的阿勃勒樹，5月是花季，由於花是鮮黃色的，因此花落時即是所謂的黃金雨。
不過，個人覺得九如四路西面的部分人行道似乎年久未整修了，如果能爭取到經費，重新刨舖整理，那就更棒了！
