★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 20210104= 內惟地區算是高雄市區內滿優的地區,寧靜又熱鬧,向外更是四通八達交通,而這裏頭有個歷史建物,現況還有後代在居住,特別繞一圈看看這洋樓樣子,令人羡慕.

Ancient wells, western-style buildings, ancient houses, raised floors, abandoned pigsties in the back lanes of the gate, and narrow lanes are like old dream street scenes. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 此建築富有當時、當地人文歷史的重要文化意義，整個量體外觀目測還算完善，於1931年完工並於1999年公告為高雄市市定古蹟，目前還有李氏家族在宅內生活使用更覺得這古蹟是活生生的也因此絕對有五星，內惟社區內還有一棟李氏古厝也與李氏古宅有關係覺得很有趣。可惜街區景觀對這建築不友善，可以欣賞的角度不多，有許多後期樓房和建設遮擋。
This building is of great cultural significance at the time and local human history. The entire exterior of the building is relatively complete. It was completed in 1931 and announced as a Kaohsiung City Historic Site in 1999. At present, the Li family still lives and uses it in the house. This historic site is alive and therefore definitely has five stars. There is also an ancient house of Li's family in the Neiwei community, which is also related to the ancient house of Li's family, which is very interesting. It is a pity that the streetscape is not friendly to this building, and there are not many angles to admire, and there are many late buildings and constructions that block it.
