★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 中山大學有很盡心盡力的在維護這個球場，颱風過後的重建也都越做越好，租賃使用上是非常舒適。位於中山大學的堤防邊，停汽車方便，機車也是好停。不過由於鄰近西子灣海水浴場，風沙較多，球場周圍道路騎機車須慢行才不易發生雷殘危險。
此外，球場周圍停車格雖然方便，但也出現少數被界外球擊破車窗個案，建議停汽車盡量往本壘後方空位先停。
這裏是一個棒壘共用的球場，除了學校自己本身的各個球隊，假日均有固定出租給特定球隊。

This is a baseball stadium, except for the school's own teams, which are fixedly rented out to specific teams on holidays.
