麵糊嘗起來與其說是麵粉更像是米漿做的粿，有Q彈的感覺。
蛋餅口味眾多，全都是現點現做。
今天點了兩份蛋餅，只要價65元，這是少數讓我吃飽吃撐又花費不到100的早餐。

叫了一份蛋餅（雙料：鮪魚+燒肉）和紅茶豆漿，餐點到的時候還説“不好意思，切得不漂亮”。我也隨意說“沒關係，好吃最重要”。
果然。。。。蛋餅真的超好吃，飲料（豆漿）都是店內手工做丶非常好喝，價格親民，林媽媽也很親切。

店內位置不多，老闆的鍋只有兩個平底煎鍋，若欲人多時，可能要稍微等待一下~
