管理室反應好幾次了也都沒有改進，走個路莫名其妙被潑的一身濕，更不要說還是髒兮兮的拖把水，整個皮膚都過敏癢爆！！
你們大樓是沒有排水口或是馬桶可以倒水是不是？文明社會的基本禮儀在那裡？
希望能好好管理一下該大樓的住戶，這真的是很令人不舒服不愉快的舉動！！

The residents in the outer row splash water downstairs all day long = =
The management room has reacted several times and it has not improved. The whole skin is allergic and itchy, not to mention the dirty mop water. !
Does your building have no drain or the toilet can pour water, right? Where is the basic etiquette in a civilized society?
