但品質還是要記得顧好，湯麵內發現一根頭髮???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 少見的細扁麵，味道搭配酸菜、豬肉片恰到好處，微濕的麵條吃起來不會覺得太乾。自選的滷味會再燙過，滷蛋是類似溏心蛋，花生滷得很透很入味。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 滷味是基本款, 加了醬油膏, 每家店都不太可能失敗.
但是所謂的外省麵... 味道真的很淡
豬肉麵只有4 片薄肉, 麵沒有嚼勁, 實在... 不好吃
希望能有改善.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 什麼是外省麵在這個世代裡已經很難有一個說法，外省麵應該是出自於退守台灣的國軍老兵所做的麵食，沒什麼標準叫外省麵只要是退伍老兵做的就可以成為外省麵，對現在的年輕人而言吃過老兵所做的麵應該是沒有太多的機會，所以招牌上只要寫上外省麵直覺上就會期待有老兵的味道，馬蹄聲外省麵用餐環境乾淨，但提供的麵食完全沒有外省麵的口感和味道，自製的扁麵不知道是煮太久了還是面體本身不扎實吃起來沒有嚼勁軟爛，雲吞麵上來的時候皮和餡料是分開的，麻醬應該是水加多了吧！一次地雷店。
