爛爆了的服務,如果你遇到的和我不一樣,或許你比較幸運。 去銀行排隊等候是正常,上次去開戶,從11:50等到12:40,聽完了銀行介紹辦信用卡後再等,就為了聽她一句現在辦的人比較多,請13:30再來,其實妳可以先說的,這樣我們好決定要不要在這裡辦。好險本來就有事沒辦法下午去,結果15:20左右才簡訊通知剩兩個(我覺得這方式很貼心,但使用方式失當,不然又要多浪費兩小時等)? 這次去銀行說資料空白,奇怪!我身分證上都有資料,他們自己登打就好呀! 然後我講話的時候,她們也自己在對話,完全沒理我~我就說:有聽到我在說話嗎?才回我,感覺糟透了????
