★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 牛肉吃過不少，牛肉麵更是從小吃到大，我母親更是燉煮牛肉的高手，所以對吃牛肉，我是認真又熱愛。
因為朋友極力推薦，預訂了“烏骨雞燉牛鞭”火鍋，我們六個人，就一鍋火鍋，加了一份青菜，加了一小份滷味，每個人都吃的非常滿意。
“烏骨雞墩牛鞭”火鍋，老闆只加了塩調味，因為經長時間熬煮，味道相當濃郁，雞肉雖然長時間燉煮，肉質依然鮮嫩。牛鞭則是膠質和嫩筋，口感非常好。
小菜滷味的味道不錯，牛肉麵口味也很棒。

Because of the strong recommendation of a friend, we ordered the "Silk-Bone Chicken Stewed Bullwhip" hot pot. The six of us, just one pot of hot pot, added a portion of green vegetables and a small portion of lo mei, and everyone was very satisfied.
