★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今天買3個卡的口罩(1大人2小孩但我跟店員說兩小孩的卡都要買大人的口罩).店員沒去查庫存直接過卡.後來發現只剩2份大人1份小孩.然後跟我說沒辦法退錢因為已經過卡了.如果我不要那份小孩的也要付3份的錢(硬要我接受那份小孩的口罩).我說那我改天可以拿來換嗎?店員說也要看有沒有貨啊(態度非常不好,就是不想讓你換就對了).請問是我的錯嗎?買之前都告知妳我要大人的口罩,你沒查清楚就過卡,然後就叫我要負責?這是甚麼服務態度啊?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 不建議來這裡領藥,查都不查就說沒有藥,不能領,一下說公司沒上班,一下說沒庫存,叫我回原醫院領藥,那領處方籤的用意是什麼啊? 過程也不演一下查個電腦全用嘴噴,結果到附近的一般藥局馬上就獲得解決,沒庫存也可以調,可能新高橋制度就這樣,請大家多支持家裡附近的小藥局!親切又快速!
