★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 不忙時候老闆娘人是很客氣，不過很忙的時候老闆娘態度就變很差！而且老闆娘碰上顧客有問題時會挑容易解決問題來處理；碰上不怎麼好處理問題就脾氣變很大&口氣很兇，就怪罪客人身上！(自認店面開很久，以為中山學生都喜歡來這間……… ?)
The lady boss is very polite when she is not busy, but when she is busy, her attitude becomes very poor! Moreover, when the proprietress encounters a customer’s problem, she will choose the easy-to-solve problem to deal with; when she encounters a problem that is not handled well, her temper becomes very angry & her tone is very fierce, and she blames the customer! (I think the store has been open for a long time, thinking that Zhongshan students like to come here... ?)

現在回來高雄偶爾需要印東西還是會來這裡。
It has been printed here since I was a student. I have to say that although the proprietress sometimes speaks not politely, but the charges are really high XD
Now when I come back to Kaohsiung, I still come here occasionally if I need to print something.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 資料都給了，隔日早上到邦強拿本子的時候，發現邦強把本子封面的字打錯了，也同意修改後，延後到中午交貨，中午取貨時，發現他們竟然把製作錯誤的部分加到款項上，要跟客人多收錢，老闆娘還表示：「你們應該都先做好啊！這樣就不會有打錯字的問題 ，我們做這個本來都是服務，本來就該多收」-----沒有人不讓你們收打字的錢, 而是你們打錯字做錯的部分怎麼可以跟客人多收！？還責怪客人沒有先印好封面字！？把封面的字都給了，還打錯，難道不是不夠專業嗎？太可惡了!

Also blame the guests for not printing the cover letter first! ? I gave all the words on the cover, and I made a typo, isn't it not professional enough? So nasty!

但神的話提醒：當叫眾人知道你們的謙讓宜人，
主是近的，應當一無掛慮....帶著感謝（腓四6）
謝謝老闆在我離開的時候，提醒我騎慢點，
並且作出補救時，沒有多收費用，聊天親切（但事情還是要專心做好優先）
也使我經歷了這句聖經上的話，能體諒印刷業的難處。
