★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 因為衣褲沾到油漬送洗，也在送洗時跟店家強調沾到油漬的部位，取件時想說當場確認一下是否有清潔乾淨，沒想到衣服上的油漬處完好如初，當下詢問店家回覆是用水洗的方式處理，而且衣服上的味道還是我送洗前的味道！
店家解釋是交由師傅決定清潔方式，既然已經請店家處理油漬了，怎麼還是用水洗的方式處理，這樣我何必花錢送洗，在家自己洗不就好了！
問店家為何用水洗，店家也答不出個所以然，建議若有特殊情況才需要專業送洗的人好好考慮，希望我是最後一個有這樣送洗體驗的人！

It is treated by washing with water, and the smell on the clothes is still the smell before I send it to wash!
The store explained that it is up to the master to decide the cleaning method. Since the store has already asked the store to deal with the oil stains, why should I still wash it with water, so why do I need to spend money to wash it, and I can wash it myself at home!
Ask the store why they wash with water, but the store can't answer the reason. It is suggested that if there are special circumstances, people who need professional washing should consider it carefully. I hope I am the last person to have such a washing experience!
