★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 三星的品質真的有點堪憂耶,在之前的Note7 爆炸案後,我轉站蘋果手機,現在又轉回來Fold3,結果手機用一個禮拜電源鈕旁的漆開始脫落,打電話到客服,客服請我到維修中心,經判定之後是非人為因素,所以換了零件還有螢幕,但換完之後一樣發現手機還是有脫漆(在不同地方),再加上工程師有拆機,導致我的手機震動功能被工程師修壞,有異音,花五萬多買一支手機,這樣的品質真的很頭疼……

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 手機買到現在一年,保固內,使用期間不要說拆機了,連摔都沒摔過。
無線充電故障,送去給你們做維修,跟我說裡面螺絲有鬆動過,疑似拆機所以不能算保固?
工程師跟我說使用狀況我最清楚?我會清楚到在未拆機的狀況下,知道裡面的螺絲有沒有鎖好?可以順一下自己的邏輯再說話嗎?怎麼不說是你們產品交到客人手上的時候就沒有處理好?
我絕對不會再買三星的東西,爛廠牌,不想做就趕緊收一收。

技術真的要再加強。
因為說明手機狀況,維修檢測完後
回覆很快,跟我說要換螢幕因為黑屏整個手機都沒反應,我要拿去維修前就算黑屏,多少還有螢幕顯示,就是不穩,我充電還有反應,打手機還會有鈴聲,只是沒螢幕沒顯示整個黑屏。
維修完後回家連開機整個黑屏,但是充電有反應。
隔天我拿去別間做維修服務,及然不到2分鐘,就完全開機成功還可以用。我都嚇傻了。真的遇到貴人。
好險我沒當下沒換螢幕,整整省了5400元。
櫃檯服務真的不是很好,也是看黑屏就說要換螢幕的考慮嗎?
