108 年完工的系統櫃，前天夜晚開抽屜突然門片掉落，非常大聲，家裡的人都嚇一跳，裡面是用四支很細的釘子釘，抽屜其實我們也很少開關，檢查了其他也是你們做的抽屜櫃，就只有這排三個門片是用釘子，其他是鎖螺絲的。
請問這有在保固內嗎？
通常這種狀況會怎麼處理呢？
