(有些病人遲到也過號了,還很不耐等待口氣極差,實在很不尊重專業。)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 之前在大醫院看病時,發現隨便一個檢查都要排好久很久超~級~久~~,後來經家醫科醫師介紹,來到這間專門看內科專科的診所。
初診時醫師仔細的了解我的身體狀況後,便立刻請護理師協助安排時間(檢查前天護理師還會電話提醒,超貼心),最後只花了短短兩個禮拜,就做完了超音波跟24小時心電圖兩項檢查,甚至還聽了報告,真的超級快速有效率。
由於是由看診醫師親自操作超音波儀器,還發現了以前沒有發現的問題,連我本來一直以為是過敏的症狀,都因此得到了改善。

Since the doctor personally operated the ultrasonic instrument, and found a problem that I hadn't noticed before, even the symptoms that I thought were allergies have been improved as a result.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 第一次看診須預約,來到診所發現醫生對初診的我問診非常仔細認真,問診時間很長,且做了許多檢查,不是那種3-5分鐘打發走人的診所,出來後護士說下次複診可以先至診所雲端查詢看診到幾號,免得早到等侯。拿藥時發現開立了三個月慢性處方簽,省了不少費用。整體而言這是一次極佳的看診體驗,得到了良好的醫療品質。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 4/11 9:10看到一位穿藍外套女士在跟黃醫生抱怨有關抽血流程的問題,決定也在這裡寫我的感受,我8點多前往醫院等待抽血,眼看比我晚到的人都抽完血走了,只剩我還在等待抽血,詢問之下,面對櫃台我右手邊的護理師說因為我沒有帶抽血的單子,她不知道我要檢查什麼項目,所以...。我壓住自己的情緒,跟她說如果妳一開始就是這樣清楚說明,我會立刻回家拿抽血單,就不用為了抽血在這裡耗半個多小時空等,我跟她說我回去拿來回也只是5分鐘的事。這就是藍外套女士講的抽血流程、護理師的態度很有問題。感覺我面對櫃台右邊那位護理師故意懲罰沒帶單子的人,她並未告知我抽血因此會延後,或要等待新單子,或者建議回家拿單,從頭到尾感覺就是態度不是太好。
我還給木康四顆星是因為醫生和其他人還不錯,扣一顆星是那位不盡心的護理師,妳在櫃檯最前端請妳耐著性子跟抽血的人講,沒有單子會怎麼樣,妳只講沒帶單子喔!(妳沒有看到妳自己的表情)然後就讓空腹的人一直看後面來的人都抽血離開,這就是那位穿藍外套講的,護理師態度很有問題,不要因為一位不用心,就害醫院其他工作者也被連累了。

晚上家人心臟感到不舒服,以前沒有這種狀況,上網查到沐康有看心血管專科,到達時大約7:30左右,掛號人員堅持當晚初診名額已掛滿,我已告知病人就是身體不太舒服,請求她幫忙問問是否可以幫忙掛一下,堅持規矩就是這樣,還告知真的很緊急要去急診室。
我們是認為狀況還不至於需要到急診處理,更何況目前又疫情期間,當然先以診所做個初步診療為主!
萬一這件事發生在自己身上,請問作何感受?
