買過一次馬桶周邊，配件需要膨脹螺絲，但我有提醒我螺絲型號了，店家還是給錯，已經回電說尺寸真的太小，硬塞東西會壞掉，店家還是堅持自己是對的，我花了很多時間還是裝不上，直到超過下班時間，店家就不接電話也沒有讀訊息了…後來花了很多不必要的時間燒烤了那個螺絲，才塞進去，但是很踉蹌不堪…
隔天他們回應賴上面訊息，說他們搞錯螺絲了…
這個經驗很不好 事後 店家還是要拿回原螺絲才要給我正確螺絲…
理由是這樣才能跟公司換
但問題點應該不是在那100元的螺絲上吧
