提供大部分家扶中心提供的服務，不定期舉辦弱勢家庭的服務活動，提供學業外的一些教育資源，使弱勢家庭幼童所受的教育資源不會遠遠不及一般生，也提供弱勢家庭家長及幼童的成長諮商等服務。
在建築物的一樓不定期會舉辦志工服務活動，讓志工可以學習製作糕餅等食品，並將這些糕餅義賣以作為慈善用途。
