Good service. There is nothing special about the food tastes (ordered stream shrimp,fried rice,vegetables). A bit pricey compare to the quantity and location(you can have this quality anywhere in Taiwan)

A real Cheap & fresh eat, the snail wasn't fresh.... Maybe can skip those as it is hard to identify which is fresh and which ia not visually. Quick service, consider friendly. Right in the middle of tourist area, consider okay. We pay about TWD 770 for 2 over lunch. Walk bit further down the road should be able to get some decent price stuff wirh quality.

We weren't so hungry so we only ordered a prawn dish, a squid dish and a beer. The fish was fresh and delicious and we were given some complimentary watermelon after our meal. I would recommend coming with some friends and ordering various dishes. A good place for seafood lunch.

This seafood shop on Cijin Island has been around for many years and attracts both locals and tourists alike. One of their best dishes is the garlic basil sauteed clams. The clams are not fishy or gritty, and the flavor of the garlic basil sauce is perfect. Another popular dish is the fried calamari. I definitely recommend these two dishes. I also tried the grilled clams, fish cheeks, and shanshu veggies, but they do not stack up against the two recommended dishes.

Tourist trap! In general all the restaurants in this Street are the same. They have an English menu however they overcharged me in both the prices of the dishes and in the addition of the bill. If you do go be very careful and calculate the bill whilst you order. Also check that they've added correctly. Regarding the food, it was very average. The fried oysters are good but could've done with done lemon. The fried rice was bland and the scallops has too much sugar. It would be best to avoid this Street and find some Street food further by the beach which will taste better and at a cheaper price.

Fresh seafood and cheap prices. The food is cooked Chinese style, stir fried and fairly light. The restaurant staff was honest, kind and accommodating and I don’t really see them “ripping off tourists”. We had two lunches here and spent about 1500 nt for two people, which included 3 seafood dishes, 1 vegetable and 2 big bottles of beer. The staff was accommodating and weighed the food and was transparent and up front with prices without making you feel stingy. From a Hong Kong Cantonese seafood eater perspective- this was great value for the cost! Environment is pretty old but overall clean and again, if you are more into food than atmosphere like me, you’ll be ok.

I found this place three years ago and came back today with my mom. There are a lot of similar seafood restaurants on the street but I like the staff and flavors of the dishes here. One important thing is the place is nicely air conditioned. There isn't any decor to speak of and the bathroom is questionable but the food and service make up for it. On this trip to Cijin Island, my mom and I ordered the deep fried oysters, stir fried pea shoots, sea snails with basil, a steamed whole red snapper and two steamed blue swimmer crabs. All of the food came out quickly but not at the same time. Dishes appeared as soon as they were done. Everything was delicious. The red snapper was perfectly steamed and the crabs had a lot of tender sweet meat. The deep fried oysters were also a huge hit. Drinks are self-serve and they have a selection of beer, soda and bottled teas. There's a Family Mart across the street to get water or something else. For five dishes our total came to NT$1410 or US$46. Pricy for Taiwan in general but for the freshness and flavor definitely worth it and still less than $25/person.

Fast and fresh seafood. Overall taste is rich and price is so reasonable.
