事前溝通完 我也很放心的交給她處理
畢竟我特地從台北回來給她弄頭髮
從15:00用到19:30 整整4.5小時
燙完告訴我因為捲子用太大 所以捲度不夠
(燙完根本有燙跟沒燙一樣,像綁頭髮的痕跡) 那她告知再幫我補燙一次不收費用
我也說好,沒關係. 我也很客氣
畢竟大家都是外出工作、賺錢不容易
不要為難人家.
我詢問了明天可以嗎? 她告訴我:要打疫苗 而且時間太近這樣對髮質不好很傷。
於是我們加了賴 .
晚上詢問我告知明天可以 (...) 反覆不一點說詞
今天約好了10:00補燙.
結果今天又上了跟昨天大小一樣的捲子.
設計師告訴我昨天是因為層次不夠高
兩天講的理由都不一樣
非常讓我生氣的點是
我願意再給你們一次機會補救,可是中途時間到 還再弄其他客人. 弄其他事
還要等我出聲才過來
我從10:00坐到14:10才離開
兩天在這家店花了8個多小時
然後髮質受損又燙的不像話
真的是來受氣 浪費我的時間
最後想奉勸貴店
如果技術不成熟 經驗不足
請不要稱呼為「設計師」
見習跟設計師天壤之別
身為客人的我 不是去當實驗品的
請你們要懂得「尊重」客人
拿出專業
不然店可以收一收了!
