蒸籠排骨好吃,醬汁也很下飯,可惜的我很常買到骨頭比肉稍為多一點!後來我都改吃炸卜肉,不過要趁熱吃,不然會蠻油的,但是油是蠻清澈的!

蒸籠排骨飯便當,配菜還不錯,可惜菠菜梗較多較生硬點,對老人家來說不好咀嚼,不過蒸籠排骨燉得滿軟嫩的,很入味的,湯汁可以視個人口味淋在白飯上,另外加點一份宜蘭炸卜肉,當天卜肉現炸,花了點時間等候,卜肉跟在宜蘭吃到較光滑的外皮不同,但是味道很香,屬於重口味,拿過手聞到蒜香味,忍不住趁熱吃一口,燙口又很好吃,店家態度很好,有先說明卜肉要現炸要等。
