★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 面南校園公園景觀無敵棒！地點生活機能佳，B棟鄰居感情好，素質優，多是喜歡這環境，少有出租客，多是有孩子（小學、小班）學齡兒童，我喜歡住這裡，滿滿正能量～到哪兒都方便，想喝咖啡買吐司，左邊有多蕾米咖啡，也是可以招待親友的喔！前後開了三五年，我應該去了10來次
