★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 說真的,要不是看到鄉親推薦分享,我還真的不知道這家有夠低調的西點麵包店那麼厲害(而且我還曾經下午經過這家時看到其沒開燈的樣子,一般過路客應該不會知道它們有營業?)
圖片是中秋節前一週的平日早上拍的,其實裡面有在販售的商品真不多,但一旁店家人員正在拼命做蛋黃酥、一盤一盤的烘烤出貨,能零買的該階段只剩三個,一看就知道這不簡單,馬上三個都買回去品嚐。
入口馬上覺得厲害,我買到的蛋黃酥是綠豆為主餡,搭配蛋黃鹹甜適中不膩口,那些媒體說的好吃的蛋黃酥標準,這個也都符合,吃起來真的有幸福感,感謝無私分享的鄉親們。
整體水準完全不輸排隊名店,就連我家人那種等級的挑食者,也是邊嫌棄邊吃完我沒說要給大家吃的第三個蛋黃酥....
低調推薦。
To be honest, if it weren’t for the recommendation of the folks to share, I really don’t know that this low-key pastry bakery is so powerful (and I also saw it when I passed by this afternoon when the light was not turned on, and I usually cross the road. Customers should not know that they are open ?)
The picture was taken on a weekday morning one week before the Mid-Autumn Festival. In fact, there are not many items on sale, but the shop staff on the side are desperately making egg yolk crisps, baking and shipping plates one by one, at this stage where they can buy nothing. There are only three left, and you know it's not easy at a glance, so I bought all three and tasted them.
The entrance feels great immediately. The egg yolk crisps I bought are mainly mung bean fillings, and the yolks are moderately salty and sweet, but not greasy. The delicious egg yolk crisps mentioned by the media meet the standards, and they are really happy to eat. Thank you folks for selfless sharing.
The overall standard is not inferior to the famous restaurants in the queue. Even the picky eaters of my family’s level are the third egg yolk pastry that I didn’t say I want to give everyone after eating while disgusting....
Low-key recommendation.
