如果當初電話回答可以像google評論回覆那麼詳細就好了,也不會只說一句不可以就掛電話.就不會有一星評論.服務品質見人見異,當然,一顆星也不需要太在乎

It would be great if the phone answer could be as detailed as a google comment reply, instead of just saying no and hanging up the phone. There would be no one star review. The service quality varies from person to person, of course, one star does not need too much care
