★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 湯頭的薑汁味還蠻濃郁的，但是就一直吃得到細細的碎碎薑末，在想為什麼不濾掉撈掉呢？不然喝湯的時候真的會有點渣嘴呀，但是湯喝起來真的薑味十足，不錯不錯，在冷冷的天氣來上一碗真的暖氣十足。
可以添加的配料跟一般的薑母鴨店滿相似的不外乎就是豆皮，凍豆腐，青菜，內臟之類的，不過他們滿特別是有栗子，還有泰國蝦可以選擇加點，不過建議栗子要煮久一點後面才吃，鬆鬆軟軟的時候還滿特別的，他們的泰國蝦品質還不錯蝦膏很鮮甜，不過前兩隻吃到肉質有點粉，不是太Q彈...後面的就很好。
但是人多的時候就別期望有太好的服務?
