It is homologous to Hanbo Noodle Paste, an old store on Hankou Street in Sanmin District. The taste of tradition, despite the passing of the years...the beautiful taste is still passed on. Noodle Paste Handmade meat soup chunks. The delicious taste is a big selling point. It is combined with the pork intestines with a large portion and the southern taste of the slightly sweet and rich soup. It is smooth and delicious. The rice cake tastes good. If you are a heavy-tasting customer, you can also ask the store to increase the sauce of minced pork with a little bit more! The dining environment is good and clean. When the weather is hot, there is still air-conditioning to blow. The service attitude is OK and kind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 味道較清淡，適合不喜味精過多的舌頭。米糕是沒有小黃瓜跟肉鬆，只有1/4顆蛋跟些許肉末舖在上面。價格不貴，米糕30，麵線糊36。
The taste is lighter, suitable for tongues who do not like too much MSG. The rice cake has no cucumber and meat floss, only 1/4 egg and a little minced meat are spread on it. The price is not expensive, 30 for rice cake and 36 for noodle paste.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 對於一份30元的米糕還多那麼一小塊蛋覺得口味與CP值尚可，麵線的話在我嘉義人口味中我覺得偏甜，但是加蒜酥的麵線有別于常吃到的柴魚湯底，建議搭配店家的烏醋與辣油一同食用，醋酸與辣既能中和甜味又能帶出另一種風味
For a 30 yuan rice cake with a small egg, I think the taste and CP value are acceptable. The noodles are sweet in my Chiayi people's taste, but the noodles with crispy garlic are different from the ones I often eat. The bonito soup base is recommended to be eaten with the store's black vinegar and chili oil. The acetic acid and spicy oil can neutralize the sweetness and bring out another flavor.
