呃………它的美味，我尚未能領會吧…求解答。
泡菜，切碎的高麗菜做成，完全沒有味道：不鹹，不酸，不甜，不辣，也沒有高麗菜的特殊菜味兒。
炸臭豆腐的部分，豆腐是中空的那種，帶著彈性，聞起來臭，吃起來更臭，更惡臭，嚥下喉，口中有苦味殘留，很不舒服。
醬汁，辣椒醬沒有特別印象。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 老闆娘很和藹親切，即使客人很多仍不慌不忙、熱情招呼。
臭豆腐炸得很酥，可是豆腐太小塊，導致內裡沒有汁、很乾，吃到最後很像在吃「皮」。
大腸麵線還不錯，就是安全牌吧。
但整體來說，我覺得cp值普普。
食物普普通通；以份量換算起來，價格其實不便宜。
（至少以我台北市下來的人感覺啦～）
The proprietress is very kind and friendly, even if the guests are still not flustered and warmly greeted.

But overall, I think cp is a popular one.
The food is ordinary; in terms of weight, the price is not cheap.

不夠”臭”，不夠酥，醬料只是一般的豆瓣醬，只有外面有味道，中心不透，只是普通豆腐，整體來說並不是很用心的小吃。
剛好路過吃一下還可以，專程就不必了。
私心排名：
1.玉里
2.湳雅夜市好味道
3.忠孝正老牌
第四名後沒有了，跟前三差太遠。
The amount of stinky tofu is OK,
Not enough "smelly", not crispy, the sauce is just a general bean paste, only the outside has a taste, the center is not transparent, just ordinary tofu, on the whole is not very attentive snack.
Just passing by and eating is OK, no special trip is necessary.
