阿明肉燥飯是前鎮區英明路上的巷弄小吃，很道地的自助餐店。主打肉燥飯、自助餐夾菜、新鮮魚湯，自己特別喜歡他們的魚肚湯，放在檯子上大尾冰鎮現點現煮，配上哇沙米就是爽口。推薦來點肉燥飯，滷肉飯的話肉質偏老硬，稍微可惜~

For braised pork rice, the meat is too old and hard, which is a pity~
