我首先看了浴室裡，牆壁上的黑色霉斑很多處沒擦，還有水垢部分清潔人員說洗不掉但我自己後來用清潔劑就洗掉了
之後再看了客廳的窗溝還是很多黑黑的灰塵，於是再請她們再擦乾淨。 另外紗窗上明顯看得到黑黑的，清潔人員說有用水沖洗過了，但我後來再拆下紗窗用水沖還是一堆黑色的水流下來
雖然態度不錯但感覺打掃的不是很乾淨

I had to supervise the workers, tell them how to clean, ask them to RE-CLEAN the bathroom...they put a dirty rug on the kitchen counter and never vacuumed it, nor did they actually clean the counter. These people don't know how to clean and it was a waste of time and money.
