我中途去車上拿東西 家人填寫資料掛號時 正常會順便收掛號費 我以為家人付了 看診完我帶家人櫃台拿完藥要預約時也完全沒提到要收錢
我還回去問有沒有收費 還反問我有沒有付
我問說怎麼會忘記收錢 掛號不是會收嗎？回覆我家人在等我上來 （翻白眼 至少看診醫生是耐心優秀的

I went to the car on the way to pick up things. When my family filled in the information for registration, the registration fee would normally be charged by the way. I thought my family paid it. 因為疫情會害怕我可以理解 但是基本的醫德要有吧 櫃檯小姐們

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 裡面的一位男醫生非常的不專業，將自身情緒狀況告知醫生，詢問醫生如何判定病情，醫生卻回答，我又不是算命的怎麼會知道呢？
過程當中問題回答了也是答非所問，幾乎不給病人好好說話，我是病人，是來請醫生協助病情，而不是讓醫生在看診過程當中不斷地咄咄逼人，且針對病情沒有任何專業回覆，看完醫生後情緒變得更糟糕，真的是非常糟糕的一位身心科醫生。

第一次遇到看診要雙證件的 解釋車在辦過戶 就說上一次也沒帶哪有過戶辦這麼久的就剛好證件不在身邊那態度是怎樣 欠妳的喔！！不是只有妳們這間可以看 第一次評論給妳們這間喜洋洋！！！

Because I came to Kaohsiung to work and the medicine was gone, I couldn't go back to Tainan to get the medicine.
The first time I met a doctor who asked for two documents, I explained that the car was being transferred, and I said that I didn't bring it with me last time. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 非常糟糕，本身就有情緒問題才會來，看診完卻情緒變得更糟糕，醫生根本不想回答病人問題，且告訴想針對睡眠問題先治療，但開的藥卻跟睡眠一點關係都沒有，根本沒有在聽病人說話，也不想聽病人說話，如果病人因此情緒崩潰進而做出過激行為，不曉得誰能負擔起責任！真的非常糟糕！
It’s very bad. I only come when I have an emotional problem. After seeing the doctor, my mood gets worse. The doctor doesn’t want to answer the patient’s question at all, and tells me that I want to treat the sleep problem first, but the medicine prescribed has nothing to do with sleep. I'm not listening to the patient at all, and I don't want to listen to the patient. If the patient breaks down and acts aggressively because of this, I don't know who can take the responsibility! Really very bad!
