入診間建議給一個SOP,因為病到頭腦昏沈的人真的不知道快篩之後陰性可以給醫生問診跟沒有快篩只能跟醫生講症狀之後領藥有何不同,各位專業人士可以引導病患即可。檢體很不乾淨沒錯,但外面下雨的情況,病人一邊被雨噴一邊等檢體確認之後才能進診所,感受並不會很好,坐在裡面等護理師喊的全診所都聽到「小姐檢體很髒麻煩你等十分鐘再進來」,其他病人都轉頭看我,試問有考慮病人的感受?前一個沒有講清楚,不就當大家都是快篩專家? 可以理解護理人員最近真的是忙翻了,同屬公衛體系的單位能感同身受,自己也忙到加班到不行,理解很忙中無法顧及每個人感受。但還是可以有更好的方式,減少自己與病患解釋的口水時間,外面那張桌子放的是居家快篩的使用方式,診所中拿出的是不同的種類,也沒有使用說明。我只聽到:棉棒轉兩邊、滾入液體、取出棉棒、塞進試紙。如此而已。我還年輕記得住,若來一個年長者我看他要問幾次才能正確完成步驟。我還湊過去另一個病患旁分著看他的紙張說明,我才知道原來我被罵是因為上面有寫要等十分鐘,但我的並沒有一張紙可以指導我作法。並非每個人都知道怎麼正確使用檢測劑,要減少這些冗長的流程就是業者自身可以加強紙張宣導,也避免增加與病患接觸的時間,是否一舉多得?
