觀、聞、望、切等診察動作一樣不漏。常常在聽到病人描述不舒服的地方時，還會再把一次脈來確認。
回診時也會主動詢問服藥後病況有無改善或有無不舒服的地方，藥方劑量也會隨之調整。

但這間診所的人員非常不親切，而且詢問問題不是會兇人，但講話內容文字帶情緒，不知道在不耐煩什麼的感覺。

低頭無視人，非常沒有禮貌的櫃檯人員。
