客服一直電話中打不進去,淘寶買東西寄台灣運費已付,還被收運費,最近寄兩次都被收運費,一次180幾一次103元而且兩次的重量都差不多,搞不清楚為什麼,打客服一直電話中???

這間公司的效率之低根本連一顆星都不配! 雙11從淘寶訂的包裹,送到台灣後,非常不幸的是由這間公司負責配送。我曾經打去該公司的高雄倉庫詢問包裹狀態,但是負責的人請我打去桃園辦公室,客服會協助查詢。詭異的是,該公司的客服專線永遠是一撥就斷,貌似刻意的不讓消費者進線。後來依該公司的營業登記,找到另一支電話。接電話的人是財務,說不能幫忙把電話轉接給客服,但是可以幫忙帶話,請客服聯絡我。一兩個禮拜過去,還是沒有任何人聯絡我。我的包裹從2020年11月11日,到今天2020年12月14日,依舊是石沉大海。 誠心勸告每一個在海外平台網購的人,無論你用的是哪個平台,請先跟店家確認好,台灣端負責配送的物流公司是哪一家。千萬不要跟我一樣不幸,遇到這種效率低落、客服電話永遠打不通、找不到負責人員、形同詐騙集團的物流!!!

淘寶購物走海運,結果物流卡在這詭異的公司,經過一個月的電話交鋒,我懷疑自己是不是遇到詐騙或空頭公司。客服不是一撥就斷,就是互踢皮球,桃園客服踢高雄倉庫,高雄倉庫踢桃園客服,每次說確認後會主動聯絡我就神隱,解釋物流動向說詞反覆,一個包裹從高雄港跳去基隆港到已經交付郵局,說郵局查詢不到該單號竟然回我,郵局收雙11跟雙12活動幾萬個海運包裹整理不完所以還沒key進系統,哎唷原來我是打給郵局客服啊 !想跟其它被這間公司當白痴耍的淘寶買家說,你們不孤單,若查到此篇評論一起發個聲吧!
