去現場等待片刻 熱騰騰的雞排肉有點柴 雞翅的皮不知道是炸太久 還是哪裡出了問題 大部分的皮都是硬的 咬不下去

Went to the scene and waited for a while. The hot chicken chops were a bit mushy. I don't know if the skin of the chicken wings was fried for too long or something went wrong. Most of the skins were hard and couldn't bite.

外皮比較偏美式，完全沒有骨頭，多汁又好吃，不過因為是雞腿排，所以吃到後面略顯油膩，可能需要配點無糖茶或果汁解膩。
·爆漿起司雞排75 ：
外皮類似鹽酥雞的粉，肉最厚的部分才有包起司，熱熱的起司還可以拉絲，超好吃?
