★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 窗口的服務人員回應不耐煩，抽號碼牌竟然等了兩個小時，詢問之下說一半的員工公出，或是下休了，走過蠻多公家機關，這次真的是開了眼界，重點是窗口人員不太有同理心，看到這些坐領公帑卻作事怠慢的作業員真的是心寒….

They walked through a lot of public offices. This time it was really an eye-opener. It is the staff at the window who are not very empathetic. It is really chilling to see these operators who are taking public money but neglecting their work....
