I have been troubled by 50 shoulders for more than a month. I went to a rehabilitation clinic in the city for six months, but no improvement was seen. After being recommended by a friend, I went to Yichang Rehabilitation Clinic for eight months and it has improved a lot. The doctors and rehabilitation therapists are all professional, and the counter girls are also very kind.

就像朋友一樣健談，也會教導一些簡易動作可以自行回家練習，來這裡受益良多～
醫生問診的話…嗯可能我比較不需要這部分，大概30秒而已…卡在健保規定滿6次必須就診一次，不然沒有很想問診 直接徒手治療就好?

復健師還會教一些可以增加腹部核心肌肉的動作，避免日後再次發生
