等待的時間有現場服務人員主動詢問辦理業務事項,這樣很好。但是詢問完以後陸續有些協辦人員又不斷重複詢問我的需求跟問題。如果不能內部交接清楚,讓我的問題直達主辦人員,為什麼還要問這麼多次?這麼大的公司,這種基本的現場服務卻做得很糟糕,實在很不優。

撥給總機十次有十次都在通話中好不容易接通我要轉接保服科又在通話中來來回回我不知道已經打30幾通了,跟專員反應這種狀況他也只是跟我說最近很多人都在辦,但讓我不解的是我每分每秒隨時打都是在通話中欸 我看了那麽多的評論都是效率很低的感覺真的讓消費者很擔心欸

電話總機9永遠忙線中,只有改撥其他分機的選項,又不是內部員工,誰會知道其他分機幾號ㄚ,沒有其他選擇,如請留電話按1,索取表單按2,繳費問題按3....等,以前電話的語音設定比較好
