已提前於一周前叫車(因當時客服的回覆是,行程很滿無車可收貨,所以我已經多等一個禮拜),客服告知週三會來取貨。
到了收貨當天,我也一早致電向全統確認會有人來收貨,但等到了下午快五點遲遲未來收貨。這時致電確認,客服卻告知我,今天無法收貨。然後又跟我告知,上週跟我接洽的小姐,註記錯誤,應該是週三到週五之間會來收貨。因為他們是兩個不同的部門,所以聯繫上有錯誤。(那我早上打的確認電話是?而且到了下午我致電客服才發現錯誤?)
因為我的貨件是精密儀器,我不接受星期五收貨。故客服小姐跟我說,星期四早上9:00會”主動”聯繫我確認是否可以再度收貨,於是我又多等了一天。
今天早上我一直等到09:15都沒人聯繫我,於是只好主動撥給客服,客服回答我:沒人打給你嗎? 這樣就算了,我得到的回覆是,我們這個司機大哥常常請假,今天也請假,所以無法幫你送貨。可以星期五再收嗎?不然的話,只好取消這次車趟。
最後只能取消車趟。
我很無奈但也不能做什麼……
只能接受這樣的狀況,然後上來這裡分享我這次的服務體驗,謝謝你。

I ordered a car one week in advance (because the customer service's reply was that the itinerary was very full and there was no car to receive the goods, so I had waited one more week), and the customer service told me that they would come to pick up the goods on Wednesday.
On the day of receiving the goods, I also called Quantong early in the morning to confirm that someone would receive the goods, but it was too late to receive the goods until almost five in the afternoon. At this time, I called to confirm, but the customer service told me that I could not receive the goods today. Then he told me that the lady who contacted me last week noted an error and that it should be received between Wednesday and Friday. Because they are two different departments, there is an error in contact. (Then what was the confirmation call I made in the morning? And in the afternoon I called the customer service and found the error?)
Because my shipment is a precision instrument, I do not accept Friday delivery. Therefore, the customer service lady told me that she would "proactively" contact me at 9:00 on Thursday morning to confirm whether we can receive the goods again, so I waited another day.
This morning I waited until 09:15 and no one contacted me, so I had to call the customer service, and the customer service answered me: No one called you? That's it. The reply I got was that our driver brother often asks for leave. Today I also asked for leave, so I can't deliver it for you. Can I pick it up again on Friday? Otherwise, I have to cancel this trip.
Finally, the trip can only be cancelled.
I am helpless but can't do anything...
