★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are located on the 12th floor. The MH25a charger of my new D750 stopped working while on holiday in Taiwan. The problem was the charging unit, but as it was bought in Germany, they did not cover it. Nor could they sell me a new charger, but amazingly, they just lent me one and said to mail it back when I don't need it anymore! All this took less than 5 minutes. This is was a great service experience!
