攤位看起來乾淨衛生,價格也合理不貴 是用油炸的,不過吃起來不油膩也沒有油耗味 口味還不錯 不過良心建議店家如果因爲蔥價高而有更換內餡變成洋蔥的話,事先公告在攤位上讓客人在購買前就了解會比較好~以免造成客人誤會成是常態

現點現做不會太久 約3分即可 外皮是薄脆的一層麵味道不多主要提供口感 外面一圈飛碟狀脆脆的不錯吃 ,裡面就是不少的蔥 是不到爆量但也還算多。 推薦綜合口味裡面的肉是有點類似肉燥的調味和口感 有提味作用 還不錯吃 蛋也有一點點味道在裡面不過不多。 有時蔥太貴會換洋蔥以下為當時評論。 內餡味道還可以但是有一嚴重問題 是明明叫爆蔥餅卻是洋蔥味道和量比蔥多的多 不管綜合還是蔥蛋口味皆如此 和招牌上的圖片出入很多 吃到後面甚至可以吃到洋蔥微微的嗆辣 蔥的味道整個被蓋過 整體不難吃 不過感覺它們要改名叫洋蔥餅比較符合,蛋使用炒蛋 但我覺得其實像一般那樣打顆生蛋進去不管弄熟還是弄成可以流心都可以讓蛋更融入這個料量而加分。
