在line詢問事項.過一週才回覆
作業系統也爛
線上申請下次會費用信用卡繳費
過了20天卻一直沒回應是否已完成
直到要親自打電話去問
回覆的也很敷衍就一句：「是否完成到時候就會收到簡訊通知」
難道你們沒系統可查詢嗎？至少可查到會員是否資料有無上傳成功....
連這種最基本的查詢都不願意幫會員查
收會費收假的嗎？
一定要讓會員生氣才願意去查詢
