很香很好吃 只可惜肉量不足

就不多做介紹 也是不錯的 喜歡吃粥的人可點
-沙茶牛肉粉絲煲-
菜太多 個人沒那麼喜歡 應該點鮮蝦的
腸粉點了兩種
-叉燒-
沒拍到 浮了厚厚一層油在上面 不太敢吃
-油條-
就很讚 夠脆 忘記換腸粉醬不過也沒差 醬油就很好
-脆皮雞半隻-
肉蠻嫩的 可是沒什麼特別的印象 普通吧 沒必須點
-叉燒包-
平時不太吃叉燒包 不清楚這樣算不算好吃 就 叉燒包
-香酥芋頭鴨-
偏乾 口水被吸光 不過也不錯拉
-黑蒜雞湯-
超讚 口味很重 好好喝啊 無法接受重口味的人 要慎重考慮一下
-龍眼花茶-(熱)
好喝 可以試試

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 到時已經有兩桌,點完先做約等20分,還可以接受,韭黃鮮蝦腸粉,粉不會太厚,醬料鹹甜適中,中規中矩,廣東炒飯也很不錯,吃起來有淡淡炭火味,造型用心,佛跳牆份量很小,但是味道不像佛跳牆,中藥味比較重,蒸籠點心以蟹黃蒸燒賣最好吃,跟外面機器做的不一樣,應該是手工的
凍檸茶味道比較重,建議先點一杯喝看看

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 平日晚上八點用餐人很少,店員提醒營業到九點。這次點的六道菜味道都算不錯。
1.廣州炒飯外觀先贏一半,炒飯本身乾爽粒粒分明又充分沾附調味料,味道很好,但蝦子口感不太新鮮。
2.醬皇滑蛋蘿蔔糕堪稱一絕,所有食材與醬汁全部融會為一體,蘿蔔糕本身軟嫩但不爛保有口感,醬皇搭配清爽的蔥絲、洋蔥、韭黃與豆芽菜,再加上滑蛋畫龍點睛,令人驚艷!
3.蝦仁腸粉略為普通,麵粉的味道稍重,得靠醬汁壓味,口感稍微軟爛了點。
4.蟹肉燒賣賣相極佳,燒賣皮Q彈爽口,內餡肉質飽滿鮮甜,搭配蟹肉條提味,還不錯。
5.豉汁蒸排骨看起來雖清淡,但蒸得非常入味,排骨本身還保有嚼勁,是非常唰嘴的一道菜。
6.蜜汁叉燒酥的酥皮烤得十分焦香,內餡感覺像是現成的醬料,吃不出蜜汁叉燒的口感,跟餅皮比較起來顯得失色許多。
