多次到貴店消費,感覺都不錯,只是這次指定設計師休息,來了一名叫「歐娜」的設計師來幫我服務,她先詢問我什麼消費,我跟他說洗頭,想買洗髮卡,後面就換助理來服務我,直到洗完頭,頭髮都吹的差不多了,設計師只在旁邊忙別的客人,跟助理使眼色,沒要過來服務我的意思,後面全程都是助理在幫我吹整造型,我頭髮還沒整理好,就看到設計師已經在櫃檯等著我簽卡幫我結帳了! 現在設計師都只要一開始接待客人,知道是洗髮客就不用親自服務了?等著最後結帳就好?第一次遇到這麼差勁的設計師,好歹最後吹頭髮也要來裝吹一下吧,連裝都不裝?這樣也能當設計師?

佳佳老師(2號設計師)服務親切,技術也很好,以前燙捲常常不到一個月就直髮了,但在佳佳老師的技術之下,超過半年頭髮還是有捲度,真開心。
