★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 是高雄市著名豪宅～位在大昌路/褒揚街，從外觀看起來真是富麗典雅貴氣十足，而且管理嚴謹進出車道及訪客登記管理、住戶聯絡、郵件收發等管理員們都很負責確實職行，每次拜訪友人都很羨慕呢～因爲公設豐富有游泳池、藍球場、健身房、交誼廳、卡拉ok等等等，附近也有澄和市場、學區光武國小、民族國中、陽明國小、國中等學校，生活機能方便無比，而且開車前往高速公路只要5分鐘不用怕塞車呦！～住在這裏真是幸福美滿啊！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 兴富发在高雄市兴建的第一座高品质的大楼，内部有游泳池、健身房、游戏室、大小交谊廰、美容美发室、男女三温暖、NBA等级室内篮球场，住户品质也在层次之上，大部分以医生和自己创业老板居多，兴富发老板具说之前出差也住这后来卖给了一个对岸网际网路人士，住户在电梯?也会互相问候，保安也非常贴心和严仅和有礼貌，如果不是自己有进来看真的不知道这高雄市蛋黄区有一间这么低调的豪宅。
真的要感谢台湾的朋友招待，价格不到1500万人民币还一堆车位，真的讚美高雄。
