★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 剛開店的時候，生意很好，老闆娘親切漂亮且態度好，但生意後來每況愈下，有一次去買飲料，是老闆服務的，態度輕浮且隨便，應答口氣不好且回話方式完全沒經過專業訓練，一次之後感受非常差再也不想去了，做餐飲最基本的就是服務態度跟禮貌，老闆如果沒有想做好的心，臉皮拉不下來，就收一收吧，光靠老闆娘一人努力是不夠的..以上（相信這部分不會只有一個人反應過，好友一群人都因為此老闆服務態度不想再光顧了！能屈能伸才是大丈夫！）
When I first opened the store, the business was very good. The proprietress was kind and nice and had a good attitude, but the business went from bad to worse. Once I went to buy a drink. The boss served him. The attitude was frivolous and casual. The response tone was not good and the way of replying was not professionally trained. , I feel very bad after one time and never want to go anymore. The most basic thing in catering is service attitude and politeness. If the boss doesn’t want to be good and can’t get rid of his face, just accept it. It’s not enough to rely on the boss’s efforts alone Of the above (I believe that this part will not only be reflected by one person, friends and a group of people don't want to patronize because of the boss's service attitude! The man who can bend and stretch is the big man!)
