It's quite salty and oily. The dried soybeans seem to be cut and fried...the oil is squeezed out with chopsticks...without a fork or chili powder (with notes), and the duck head is fried very crispy.

根本就沒味道
而且就只用一層紙袋
整個超油連塑膠袋提的地方都油

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 因為昨天買的餐點'那兩顆鴨頭炸的太焦了吃到後來都苦苦的！其他餐點都還不錯。
Because of the meal I bought yesterday, the two duck heads were so burnt that they were too burnt to eat until they were bitter afterwards! Other meals are pretty good.
